Stacey Oristano: Friday Night Lights
In season four, Mindy starts out as just the older sister of Tyra, who is one of the lead characters. When Tyra moves on, Mindy gets married to Billy Riggins and now she’s a part of the Riggins household with Tim and Billy. She and Billy get pregnant and they’re having a baby, and Tim moves back from college and tries to live in the house and it’s too much. And now she’s on bed rest. I think tonight I have the baby on NBC. It’s been a crazy season.
It is crazy how close the cast and crew are. We really are a family. You hear from other sets about fights and how people don’t really get along. I can’t imagine that because I love the people I work with as soon as we wrap we’re all out getting food or getting drinks together. We’re always together
We get recognized a lot when we’re out, especially in Austin. But it’s not a big deal. People rarely ever come over and talk to us, except to say, “Hey, what’s up. We love the show.” They’re just kind of chill and laid back. It’s not a big thing. They’re just really thankful to have the work there. We’re adding so much revenue to the city, they’re just happy about it.
