For Women: The major trends for 2010 are definitely personalizing everything that you see on the runway. Beautiful bright colors for spring/summerare going to be everywhere. Almost all the designers that I saw for spring/summer 2010 used bold colors. They used reds, and fuschias, and greens and yellows. I think those type of bold statements and making them your own are going to be the hottest trend for 2010

For Men: Grooming is really important.  So a nice haircut and shave is key. After you groom, you have to smell good. Men now can use not only cologne, but there’s really cool oils they can use. But don’t overdo it. And a beautiful blazer and some fitted jeans would be great.
