Favorite Holiday Television Special: –I don’t know if its labeled as a “special” but I certainly think it is: NATIONAL LAMPOON CHRISTMAS VACATION, starring Chevy Chase. It is a classic & my sister & I quote lines from that movie all the time and crack up!

“Clark… Is Rusty still in The Navy?”

“GRACE?!… She died almost 30 years ago!”

“That there Clark, is an R.V.”

“SH*TTERS FULL!”

“You serious, Clark?”

Favorite Holiday Meal: You are going to make me pick one? Geez… well, I love the traditional HUGE breakfast that my step-dad fixes Christmas morning. Bacon, eggs, cinnamin rolls with icing, coffee, orange juice, ham… you name it.  And I also love the dinner my step-mom makes: Turkey, stuffing, wine, green bean casserole, yams, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, and home-made “ice box” cookies that my Dad makes.

Favorite Holiday Song: Pretty much I start listening to Christmas music as soon as it comes on the radio. I don’t wait anymore until after Thanksgiving. I’m a jolly gal and I’m now not afraid to hide it. Some of my favorite tunes are “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” “Same Ole Lang Syne” “Jingle Bell Rock” and of course “I Want A Hippopotomus For Christmas”

Favorite Holiday Tradition: I throw a party at my place here in LA and every year the gift exchange gets wilder and wilder. Its a blast. One year the tree tried to fall on me… I didn’t see it coming. Fortunately someone caught it. before it hit me.

Another tradition, is my big sister and I watch old Christmas movies together back in Missouri.  We end of both laughing and crying at the same time!

Another tradition is my sister and I “surprise” my step brother Keith Cissell (who is a brilliant stand-up comedian in St. Louis, by the way…) and spray him with Silly String. I don’t know where or when this started, but we get him good!

Favorite Holiday Character: Santa Claus of course!

Best Holiday Gift Tip: I like sparkly things!

Favorite Way To Spend New Year’s Eve: I’m still lookin for my favorite… I once spent it at The Magic Castle in Hollywood… that was pretty fun.
