I started dating this guy and it had only a few months that we had been together, so we were still getting familiar with each other.One night I went to the bathroom in his toilet and the toilet clogged up. I was like, “Oh God”, panicking, “I can fix this. I can get a plunger. It’s all good.” And so I went and tried to use the plunger. I obviously don’t know how to use a plunger and it didn’t work. I was like, “Okay, I’ll just wait for it to go out by itself.” You know, sometimes it will just drain out slowly over a few hours and I’m like “Don’t worry about it.”

So I just told the guy, “Don’t go in there for a while, please.” And he said okay. And then um, it filled back up again when I tried to fix it, and it was even grosser than the first time. It just filled up with gunk and I don’t even know whose business was up in there, but I had to take responsibility for it. And then the guy had to come in and fix it, and I was mortified and I started crying because I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable. Like hyperventilating and laughing at the same time. I was just mortified.
