I think a moment that shaped me into the person I am today is I have a brother who has a developmental delay. I think growing up with a younger sibling that needs extra help made me more aware of other’s needs and I think I carried that into my adult life.

I think  having to be extra cautious of people’s feelings and how you treat people are small little things that I pick up on because of him.
